We generally cater for Stag and Hen group bookings and our aim is to offer you clean, comfortable accommodation.

We are situated in the Central area of Blackpool, just 100yds from the Prom and only two streets south of Central Pier (that's the one with the Ferris Wheel) and Blackpool Tower is just a 5 minute stroll away. All Bars, Pubs and Clubs are also within easy walking distance. We can accommodate up to 36 guests, and all bedrooms have been re-furbished to provide you with well-appointed accommodation and high standards of cleanliness, and include: Full Central Heating, Wash Basins, Colour TV, Tea & Coffee making facilities and towels are also provided. Most rooms are standard but some en-suite rooms are available.

The Licensed Bar is well stocked with a varied range of chilled bottled beers, alcopops, cider, wines, etc, and a large range of spirits for your refreshment and enjoyment, and all at very reasonable prices. The Bar is normally open until midnight…. unless otherwise agreed!!!? 

Our rates are £15 (low season) and just £20 (high season) per person per night  - on a Room Only basis! (generally 2nts minimum in high season).... please contact us for further details.

'Check In' is from 12 noon (unless otherwise arranged), and we'd be grateful if you could inform us of your estimated time of arrival.
'Check Out' is required between 9am and 11am on day of departure (unless otherwise arranged).

Each person gets their own set of keys, which include a front door key and individual room key, allowing access to the hotel at all times.
